The Healed Professional provides coaching services for educational and personal development purposes only. Coaching supports clarity, emotional steadiness, identity work, recovery exploration, and forward movement in your personal or professional life.

Coaching is not:

therapy
counseling
addiction treatment
psychiatric care
medical treatment, or
legal advice

Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or assess mental health conditions, substance use disorders, or medical issues. Participation in coaching does not create a therapist–client, doctor–patient, or attorney–client relationship. However, the relationship between coach and client is treated as confidential, except for these limited exceptions:

• If there is an imminent risk of harm to yourself or others

• If disclosure is required to comply with legal obligations

If you require therapeutic, medical, addiction-focused, psychiatric, or legal services, it is your responsibility to seek support from a licensed professional. Coaching is not a substitute for clinical care.

You are solely responsible for your decisions, choices, actions, and results. No guarantees are made regarding personal, emotional, or professional outcomes.

If you are experiencing a crisis, feeling unsafe, or facing an emergency, call 911 (U.S.), contact your local emergency services, or seek immediate help from a qualified healthcare provider.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in coaching services, workshops, and programs provided by The Healed Professional (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any offering, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Coaching Services and Disclaimer

The Healed Professional provides coaching and recovery-informed support for professionals seeking clarity, emotional steadiness, sobriety support, identity work, or career alignment.

Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused process.
Coaching is not:

therapy
counseling
addiction treatment
medical care
psychiatric care
legal advice

Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or assess mental health conditions, substance use disorders, or medical conditions. Participation does not create a therapist–client, doctor–patient, or attorney–client relationship.

All information provided, including program materials, workshops, recorded sessions, or written guidance, is for educational and personal development purposes only. You are solely responsible for your decisions and results.

If you require therapy, medical treatment, or clinical care, it is your responsibility to seek licensed services.
If you are experiencing an emergency or crisis, call 911 (U.S.) or local emergency services immediately.

2. Membership, Services, and Payments

Coaching may be offered through:

THP Pathway Coaching (rolling membership)
Group coaching
Limited 1:1 coaching
Workshops and intensives
Corporate trainings
Speaking engagements
Other related offerings

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

All payments are due in full at the time of enrollment or booking.
Memberships, workshops, and coaching services are non-transferable.
All sales are final. No refunds are offered due to the limited-capacity nature of the work.

If you purchase through ACH, wire transfer, or credit card, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to process your payment securely.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Scheduling requirements vary based on the coaching format:

Group Coaching (THP Pathway)

Group coaching sessions occur on a recurring schedule.
You are responsible for attending sessions at the published times.
Missed sessions are not refundable or transferable.

1:1 Coaching (If Offered)

Sessions must be scheduled in advance through our calendar system.
Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice.
Sessions canceled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice are forfeited.
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time regardless of when you join.
If a client does not join a scheduled session, the coach will remain available in the session for up to 10 minutes. If the client has not joined within that time, the session will be considered missed and will be forfeited. Sessions will not be joined after the 10-minute window has passed.
Unused 1:1 sessions expire after the period stated at purchase and cannot be carried forward.

4. Messaging Support (If Included)

Some memberships or 1:1 add-ons may include limited messaging support.
Unless otherwise specified:

Messaging support begins on the date of your first coaching session.
Responses are provided within 24 hours on weekdays.
Messaging support is not available on weekends, holidays, or outside business hours.
Messaging support is not intended for emergencies or crisis situations.

5. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all coaching conversations.
Your information will not be shared with third parties except:

with your explicit consent
as required by law
to prevent imminent harm to yourself or others

Coaching is a private experience, but it is not covered by HIPAA and does not create a clinical confidentiality standard.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

participate actively
communicate honestly
take responsibility for your decisions and results
seek appropriate professional care when needed
refrain from attending coaching sessions under the influence of alcohol or drugs

We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Coaching requires personal commitment and follow-through.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by The Healed Professional, including but not limited to worksheets, videos, frameworks, tools, photographs, written content, articles, and website materials, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

reproduce
share
publish
sell
distribute
or create derivative works

from any THP materials without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in coaching or use of program materials.
Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

No guarantees are made regarding personal, professional, or financial outcomes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively within the courts of Colorado, USA.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate coaching services or membership access at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, if:

you engage in inappropriate, abusive, disruptive, or harmful behavior
you violate these Terms
continued participation is deemed unsafe or not in your's or our best interest

No refunds will be issued for terminated services.
