The Healed Professional is a recovery-informed coaching practice for high-achieving professionals who want to change their relationship with alcohol in a way that integrates with their real lives. THP supports individuals, leaders, and organizations through coaching and training that respects professional responsibility, personal agency, and long-term growth.
Recovery coaching is a forward-focused, practical form of support for people navigating alcohol-free living and identity change. It centers on real-world application, decision-making, and sustainable habits rather than diagnosis or treatment. At THP, recovery coaching is designed specifically for professionals managing complex lives and high expectations.
Recovery coaching is not therapy, medical advice, and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. THP Coaching is an educational support tool that focuses on present and future-oriented change related to alcohol, practical guidance, and integration into daily life. Many clients choose coaching alongside therapy or other support systems, while others seek coaching because they want a non-clinical, action-oriented approach from someone who has lived experience in recovery.
THP works with high-achieving professionals, executives, founders, and leaders across industries who recognize that alcohol or other coping patterns no longer fit their lives. Clients often carry significant responsibility and are looking for support that understands both ambition and recovery without stigma or simplification.
No. THP supports people across a wide range of recovery journeys, including those who are sober-curious, newly alcohol-free, or in long-term recovery and seeking deeper integration. What matters most is a willingness to explore change honestly and thoughtfully.
Yes. All coaching conversations are confidential and are never shared with relatives, employers, colleagues, or third parties. Confidentiality is central to THP’s work, particularly for professionals who value discretion and privacy. THP may film educational presentations during group coaching sessions, without filming clients or clients' identities.
There are only two exceptions, as required by law and coaching ethics:
• If there is an imminent risk of harm to yourself or others
• If disclosure is required to comply with legal obligations
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please call 911 immediately. If you need therapy, medical care, or clinical support, you are encouraged to connect with licensed professionals.

THP offers three primary ways to work together: THP Pathway Coaching (group coaching), THP Private Coaching (one-on-one support), and THP Corporate Training (workplace-based training and workshops). Each option is designed to meet professionals at different levels of support, structure, and scope.
THP Pathway Coaching is a structured, recovery-informed group coaching experience for high-achieving professionals who want meaningful alcohol-free support within a confidential, professional community. It offers live virtual coaching sessions at a regular frequency, ongoing guidance and curated resources, shared recovery paths, and real-world application alongside peers navigating similar pressures and responsibilities.
THP Private Coaching provides individualized, one-on-one recovery-informed support, either in-person or virtually, for professionals seeking a more personalized approach. This option is well suited for those who want focused guidance tailored to their schedules, responsibilities, and specific challenges. Availability is limited to preserve depth and quality of support.
THP Pathway Coaching emphasizes shared experience, community, and group-based learning alongside structured guidance. THP Private Coaching offers individualized attention and customization through private coaching sessions. Many clients begin in the Pathway and later add Private Coaching, while others start with private work depending on their needs and availability.
The best option depends on your goals, level of support desired, and how you prefer to engage. Group coaching is ideal for those who value shared experience and ongoing community. Private coaching is best for professionals seeking focused, individualized support. If you’re unsure, you’re welcome to reach out for guidance before deciding.
